AWS Lambda ain't helping.

Now it's not just unstructured logic jumps, there is now a failure to connect coupled with black box code you can't read.

That said, making a little weather forecast program is an excellent and free to get your feet wet for anyone wanting to learn to call an endpoint and get fun data back. I did web services professionally in Clojure for a few years but the real programming had been sucked out. No thinking just magic JSON and hash maps.
