Second day of 40c... The house was 27c inside with the evap running full blast... Just changed over to the reverse cooling for the evening to cool down... Yuk

Oh my god, it's too damn hot.. Nearly 2 weeks of this, now. Coding has been a struggle. Today I tried adding extra buffers to JSE, but ended up doing a giant Ctrl-Z on the whole thing. It almost worked to a point, but my brain has just melted!!!! -=-=- ''Load, Next List!''

That's not terrible unless the inside of your house is that hot. Throw on some shorts.  A swamp cooler and a fan works well if you don't have AC. We hit over 100 units (F) by late summer. 🧑🚒 |

The big fan, above, has been doing ok on power 4 out of 12. It might be going up to 12 if things get too bad!! AC just isn't a thing in the UK, but with climate changes it's seeming like it might be a good idea. -=-=- ''Load, Next List!''

 Ooh, yeah, been on the Kenco Iced for a good number of years. That's some good shit, right there Caramel for Mum, Vanilla for Me. Mixes with water, so is relatively cheap, and doesn't use all of the milk, meaning you don't constantly have to go to Tesco for more milk, because Mum "only likes" Tesco's milk.. (which is a whole other issue!!!) Nescafe have recently launched an Iced Coffee syrup, but you need to mix it with milk, so.. .. I don't know why you wouldn't just brew a small jug of strong black coffee in the morning, shove it in the fridge, and use that to mix with your milk. .. Right?! -=-=- ''Load, Next List!''

Yeah, I normally make my iced coffee that way, some ground coffee in a french press, leave it overnight, add milk, ice cubes and maybe some vanilla syrup, well nice! Tonight I chose to just cut some ginger up, add lemon and a bit of sugar, again, leave overnight, enjoy the next morning
