Jay's Health Update : Jan 2014
Had the GP out for a visit, today, and he checked my Blood Pressure whilst lying down, then standing up

A HUGE drop between the two stats, with my blood pressure plummeting when I stand. He suggests this could be the cause of my dizziness, or at the very least a contributing factor.
He's temporarily upped my BP tablets, and will check it again in a couple of weeks time.

Urgh...

 		Are you on medication because your BP is high or because your BP is low?

 		My "normal" BP, at the minute, averages at about 145/90, and that's with Doxazosin and Ramipril, so..um.. Yeah, high!

 		I asked because those noodles you ordered are generally very high in sodium and are not BP-friendly.
